Role Overview
As a full-time Estate Agent, you will:
- Market Properties: Utilize various platforms to showcase properties effectively, attracting potential buyers and tenants.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
- Property Viewings: Coordinate and conduct property viewings, providing clients with comprehensive information and insights.
- Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local property market trends to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) issued by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
- Completion of the NQF4 Real Estate qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales.
Other:
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity within a competitive business sector
